The hotel has friendly and patient staff and it looks clean.
The shuttle bus recommended by hotel and I made a reservation with never show up in the airport.
The hotel is clean and has convenient location. But the hotel should be careful when recommending a reliable shuttle bus.

The hotel was not near Old Town Pasadena as stated on the website. It was nearly 10 miles away, not in walking distance as stated.
